Productsinsilver provides industrial chemical mirror plating, reflective coating audits, and glass silvering process optimization exclusively for technical glass substrates used in solar concentrators, architectural panels, and optical instruments. We do not offer retail jewelry plating, e-commerce gift products, or bullion-related services. All work is governed by the specific service agreement signed by both parties.
The client must provide accurate specifications for glass dimensions, curvature, and intended application. Any deviation from agreed parameters may affect coating performance and voids warranty. The client is responsible for ensuring that the substrate is free from contaminants prior to processing. Productsinsilver is not liable for defects arising from improper handling or storage after delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Productsinsilver’s total liability for any claim arising from a service order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to production downtime, loss of revenue, or damage to third-party equipment. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of material breach by the client (e.g., non-payment, provision of false specifications), Productsinsilver may terminate immediately. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. No refunds are issued for services already rendered.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is the client’s responsibility to review this page periodically.
